1 Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any application published by ATLAGIA LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all users of our mobile applications, including but not limited to:

• 3D Grapher: AR Calculator — 3D graphing calculator with AR projection
• Match3Eggs — Match-3 puzzle game
• PhySim — Physics sandbox simulator
• Any future applications published by ATLAGIA LLC

2 End-User License Agreement (EULA)

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our mobile applications for personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded or Android devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and any applicable Usage Rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service or Google Play Terms of Service.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the application
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the application
• Use the application for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the applications, including all intellectual property rights, remain with ATLAGIA LLC. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the applications.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and delete all copies from your devices.

3 Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

General Subscription Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices are in USD and may vary in other countries. Actual charges may be converted to your local currency by your payment provider.

Refunds

4 User Accounts & Responsibilities

When using our applications, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making purchases
• Not use the applications for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the applications or their underlying infrastructure
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

5 Intellectual Property

• All content, features, functionality, graphics, design, and code of our applications are owned by ATLAGIA LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
• Our trademarks, logos, and service marks (including "Atlagia," "3D Grapher," "Match3Eggs," and "PhySim") may not be used without our prior written permission.
• Any user-generated content created within our apps remains the property of the user. However, by submitting content through our apps, you grant ATLAGIA LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content within the application.

6 Disclaimers

• We do not warrant that the applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Educational and scientific content provided in 3D Grapher and PhySim is for informational and educational purposes only. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.
• AR features in 3D Grapher require compatible hardware and may not function identically across all devices.

7 Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the use of the applications shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to ATLAGIA LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ATLAGIA LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the applications, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

9 Governing Law

• These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10 Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time at our sole discretion.
• Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
• Your continued use of our applications after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
• It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

11 Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
