Advertising & Third-Party Services
Google AdMob

Firebase Analytics

Payment processing for subscriptions and in-app purchases is handled entirely by Apple (via StoreKit) or Google (via Google Play Billing). We do not have access to your full payment details, including credit card numbers.

Third-Party AI Services & Data Processing
To provide advanced features such as intelligent note organization and brainstorming (e.g., in BrainDump AI), our applications integrate with third-party Artificial Intelligence providers, specifically OpenAI.
When you use AI-powered features, we collect and process the following data:
- What data is collected: Text input (such as your typed notes) and audio recordings (your spoken thoughts or ideas).
- How it is collected: This data is collected directly through your interactions within the app (e.g., typing into the text field or pressing the microphone button to record audio).
- Who it is shared with: The specific text and audio inputs you provide for AI processing are securely transmitted to OpenAI via an encrypted API connection.
- How it is used: This data is strictly used to fulfill your specific request—such as transcribing your audio, organizing your thoughts, or generating structured task lists and brainstorms.
Data Training
We maintain strict privacy agreements with our AI providers. The personal data (text and audio) you submit is NEVER used to train OpenAI's public foundation models. Your data is processed momentarily to generate your result and is subject to OpenAI's strict enterprise privacy policies.

- We retain usage analytics data for up to 26 months.
- Purchase records are retained for as long as your subscription is active and as required for accounting and legal purposes.
